Wirral Met College is pleased to announce our new strategic plan for the years 2024 to 2027.
Our strategic plan is the culmination of consultation, reflection, and collaboration with stakeholders at every level, providing a roadmap which outlines our strategic goals and objectives for the coming years.
Within the plan, we embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead, and our commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration.
We have set out a clear purpose, mission and vision which are guided by our core values of ambition, resilience, inclusivity, empowerment, and accountability.
These core values define how the college operates on a day-to-day basis, setting the direction and framework for our strategic behaviour.
The plan also introduced five new strategic pillars, designed to ensure that we deliver on our purpose to “provide inclusive, highest-quality education and training opportunities to meet the aspirations of students, and the needs the local community and industry.”
The announcement of the strategic plan follows our recent rebrand which aims to strengthen our identity, reinforcing our position as a first-choice institution and destination for students, whilst reflecting on our rich heritage and history.
