The purpose of this qualification is to develop your practical skills in providing and maintaining nail enhancements using acrylic nail systems.
To study a Level 2 qualification, you will need:
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 3, including English and Maths (or L1 Functional Skills in English and Maths)
OR
A relevant Level 1 qualification with GCSE English and Maths at grade 3 or above (or L1 Functional Skills in English and Maths)
Satisfactory interview and/or assessment

To learn effectively on this course, you will need to use certain items of equipment and uniform to undertake particular activities as part of your studies. These will be yours to keep and you will be able to use them for practice at home and in your future career.
These items will incur additional costs and can be discussed with a member of the Hairdressing and Beauty team. Finacial support may be available to assist you with additional costs incurred by this course.
